Valerie Johnson

I was born on Scott Air Base in Illinois and upon Dad’s discharge, we moved to his and mom’s home of Cincinnati, where I grew up.

I attended Oak Hills High School and upon graduation I began attending the University of Cincinnati to become a Special Education Teacher. I’ve met my now husband of 50 plus years during my Junior year. Upon graduation we’ve got married and moved to Columbus, Ohio where I began my teaching carrier and he attended seminary to go into ministry.

After 16 years, I was called into Ordained Ministry and graduated from United Theological Seminary. I did serve a few small churches, but began to feel that my call was truly chaplaincy in the hospital setting (now in my 26th year). While doing this ministry, I found myself to be what I learned was a natural holistic healer.

Following my heart, I became a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, and a Certified Advanced Healing Touch Spiritual Minister Practitioner, through the “Institute of Spiritual Healing and Aromatherapy Ministry” program. I am also a Guided Meditation Leader, Reiki Master Teacher, Mandala Art Meditation Counselor and Grief Counselor including Certified Grief Counselor by RTS for infant and child loss.

I love bringing wholeness to the body, mind and spirit, thus, I began my own practice Heartfelt Anointing LLC.
